How to place an order?

Please follow the below steps for placing an order:

  1. Select the item and its colour (if available) which you want to order.
  2. Add the item to your shopping cart by click to ‘Add to cart’ button.
  3. If you like to add more items to your cart, please add them and go to cart.
  4. After review your shopping cart, click on ‘Proceed to Checkout’
  5. Please fill your billing and shipping details to the checkout form.
  6. Select the payment method and click on ‘Place order’ and complete the payment.
  7. Yay! Your order has placed and you will receive a confirmation of your order to your email.
Can I order an item without creating an account?

Yes, you can place an order without creating an account. But we recommend you to create an account to our portal. By creating an account, you are able to get promotional and other special offers to our selected customers on our portal.

How to track my order?

When your order is dispatched, the tracking details will be notified to your email id.

You can also track your order by the following navigation:

  1. Please login to your account.
  2. Go to “My Account”
  3. Click on “Orders”
  4. Select the order which you want to track.
  5. Click on “Track your order” and you will be redirected to the tracking link.

If you ordered without creating an account (via Guest login), you can track your order by tracking link notified to your email id.

How to get coupons?

You can get an assured coupon by submit a rating and review to the ordered item after the successful delivery of your order. It doesn’t matter that your rating/review is positive or negative.

Order got stuck but money deducted from account. What to do?

If you ordered through prepaid payment method (via Credit Card/ Net Banking/ Payment wallets/UPI etc.) and your payment was deducted from your bank account but order is not confirmed. In this case, please wait for 24 working hrs and inform us. Your money will be refunded to your original payment method.

Received a call/SMS asking for money.

We never requested for any type of financial information/ sensitive information/ personal information or advance payment in the exchange of rewards. All of our offers are available on our website.

If you receive any call / SMS or email which are claiming rewards or lucky draw on behalf of us, please do not respond to them.
