Currently, We do deliver the products to all the states in India. By using www.xoticahub.com , You agree to be bound by the terms contained in this Policy without modification. If You do not agree to the terms contained in this Policy, You are advised not to transact on this website.

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, We will notify you and refund the total amount using the original method of payment. We make all commercially reasonable endeavours to ensure that the products are delivered to you in a timely manner.

 

Shipping Cost

Currently all of our products are free to deliver, that means there is no extra shipping cost or any hidden cost will be included to the package. If the delivery person demands you to the extra cost for parcel, you should contact to us via email / phone call as shown in our contact us page.

 

Shipping Updates

Once your order will be shipped, you will get a notification with the details of the courier service provider and other relevant information through email or SMS.
You can also track the shipment on “Track Order” by logging in to your account from website or email.

Shipping Time

Generally our product has delivered within 5-7 working days but delivery time is dependent on the product ordered and the location of delivery. Approximate delivery date will be shown to the tracking link send to your email, once you place the order. The delivery date is indicative and can vary due to external factors.

Missing or Lost Packages

If the products are lost during transit, we will offer a free reshipment or a refund.

Wrong or Incomplete Address

You shall ensure that all information that is submitted by you to us on the platform is true, complete, accurate and sufficient to identify the actual place of delivery.
If you have entered the wrong shipping information or contact details, it might cause a delay or missed delivery and you will not be eligible for a reshipment or a refund on such transaction.

Return and Refund

Our products undergo strict quality checks before dispatch but still if there is any manufacturing/size defect during your purchase, we have a simple 7 days return policy.

You simply go to contact us page and fill the form as instructed OR you can send us email to support@xoticahub.com and share the return details of the product.

When your return is approved, our logistic partner will receive the product. You should properly pack the product with original invoice and packing slip.

Once the product will receive to our end, we will send the replacement/refund of the product as per your consent.
